The Insights
The UAEV is a sub brand under Etihad WE and takes its power from it.
It was important to reflect the values of Etihad WE, and at the same time, create an identify for UAEV that is unique to it. An identity that makes it stand out, connect and dominate.
Given that we have a name that is so unique and so organically linked to the country and the category, we created visual roots that breathes life through a compelling logo.
Imagination
Design wise, we followed a clean visual thinking, connected lines, curved shapes. We took our inspiration from nature, people, spaces and places.
We also took into consideration the competitive landscape both on a global and a regional landscapes. We wanted to plant our visual flag in a space that we will dominate.
The smooth waves of the typeface and the flowing logo design represent the seamless transition and efficiency of eco-friendly driving experience.
The smooth edges evoke feelings of comfort and ease, emphasising the pleasurable and effortless driving experience offered by electric vehicles.
Integration
The logo was used on a multiple array of applications, charging stations Stationary, Billboards, creative concepts, TVC, social media and event activations
