We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial management, tax compliance, and reporting processes for Quill Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KSA accounting standards, financial planning, and tax regulations, with the ability to work independently while coordinating with the regional finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Quill Arabia’s financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and Saudi regulations.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with KSA tax laws, including ZATCA requirements, VAT preparation, filing, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage intercompany transactions and cross-border (GCC) accounting where applicable.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes align with compliance standards.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning and business strategy.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, variances, and inefficiencies.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management.
• Act as the main financial liaison between Quill Arabia and the regional finance team in Dubai.
• Ensure proper submission of financial reports, compliance filings, and business documentation through KSA government portals.
• Perform other duties as required to support the finance function.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred).
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of KSA tax laws, ZATCA compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in intercompany and cross-border (GCC) accounting is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with the regional finance team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
