We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Visualization Designer to join our Creative Events team. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong background in 3D modeling, event design, and technical drawing, capable of translating creative concepts into visually striking and technically sound solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the visual direction of high-profile events, from ideation through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, spatial designs, and thematic visual identities for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and immersive experiences.
• Create detailed 3D models of event structures, stages, exhibition booths, and spatial environments using tools such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Blender.
• Produce detailed technical joinery and fabrication drawings to support accurate production and build processes.
  Generate high-quality photorealistic renders using V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Design supporting brand assets and event graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including production and account management—as well as external vendors to ensure design feasibility within timeline and budget constraints.
• Contribute to pitch decks, mood boards, and visual storytelling materials for client proposals and creative presentations.
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry software and design technologies; provide troubleshooting support when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in 3D visualization within the event and exhibition industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D event design concepts, spatial visualizations (interior and exterior), and corresponding CAD technical drawings.
• Proven expertise in technical drawing, particularly joinery and fabrication details.
• Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, and rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Vantage and Lumion.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or other real-time rendering platforms is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of materials, space planning, scale, and brand integration in physical environments.
• Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience in on-site supervision and execution of design plans is a strong advantage.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for design excellence.
