We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will take charge of our digital performance strategy—managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage high-performing digital campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Strategically allocate budgets across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms.
- Continuously monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance performance.
- Analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging user journey.
- Build and refine audience strategies—remarketing, lookalike, and segmentation.
- Stay sharp with the latest digital trends, algorithm updates, and performance marketing best practices.
- Ensure proper setup of tracking tools: UTMs, conversion goals, pixel tracking, and attribution models.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance-driven digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least two additional platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, or Snapchat.
- A proven track record of running high-ROI digital campaigns.
- Strong skills in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Sharp analytical thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Preferably to Have
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or Similarweb.
- Background in e-commerce, lead generation, or mobile app promotion.
