Quill Communications is looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive – Social Media with agency experience to join our growing digital team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social media accounts for assigned clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, production, and paid media teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Prepare social media calendars, briefs, and timelines.
  • Ensure client feedback is clearly communicated and implemented.
  • Monitor account performance and support reporting and insights.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Support pitch work, proposals, and new business initiatives when required.

 Requirements

  • Previous agency experience is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media account management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Passion for digital trends and social media culture.
