We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our PR team and play a key role in managing and growing our client portfolio. Our Riyadh office is at the forefront of shaping narratives for some of the most influential brands and government entities in the region.
As an Account Manager in the PR team, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, developing strategic communications plans, and leading a team to execute impactful PR campaigns. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the Saudi market, strong media relations, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their PR needs are met with excellence. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives and market conditions. Provide strategic counsel to clients on media relations, crisis management, and reputation building.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of PR campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client expectations. Coordinate with internal teams, including content, digital, and creative, to deliver integrated communication solutions.
- Media Relations: Leverage your network to secure media coverage in top-tier outlets. Cultivate relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media professionals in the region.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of PR campaigns, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign outcomes.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to pitches for new business. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies.
- Cultural Insight: Utilise your understanding of the local culture, market dynamics, and regulatory environment to tailor PR strategies that resonate with the Saudi audience.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the Saudi market. Experience working with government or corporate clients is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- A deep understanding of the Saudi market, culture, and media landscape is essential.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Arabic and English.
