As an Account Executive at Quill, you will be responsible for executing the digital strategy to elevate our clien’s presence in the online space. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to implement integrated digital marketing campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of digital trends, data analytics, and a strategic mindset to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibility Area:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to clients for optimization.
- Project Management: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources for multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, production and servicing teams to produce engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to the development of proposals and pitches for new business.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
