As an Account Executive at Quill, you will be responsible for executing the digital strategy to elevate our clien’s presence in the online space. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to implement integrated digital marketing campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of digital trends, data analytics, and a strategic mindset to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibility Area:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to clients for optimization.
  • Project Management: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources for multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, production and servicing teams to produce engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to the development of proposals and pitches for new business.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive in the digital space.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
